Our Story..

Swahili Eatz was born from a friendship that started in Long Beach, CA. The two friends share a passion for cooking and bringing people together to share the East African culture. Swahili Eatz aims to introduce SoCal residents and visitors to the flavorful cuisine of the Swahili culture.

More than 16 million people speak the Swahili language in parts of Eastern and Southern Africa, including Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Malawi, Somalia, Zambia, Mozambique, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
